Cancellations

While there is no option to cancel the order as we process the orders within 24 hours post order confirmation you can get in touch with customer support team for a cancellation request. We will cancel the order if the same is not shipped from our warehouse. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.

Returns

Our Return Policy offers you the option to return items purchased within 3 days of the receipt of the product. Please contact our support team at atelierganesh@hotmail.com to initiate a return and log a complaint.

Conditions for return

Products should be unused. Returns shall be accepted only in cases where customer received a damaged/tampered product.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, instruction sheets, and invoices and should not be broken or tampered with.

Customer will have to self-ship the product to our store address mentioned below. We do not have any Reverse Pick Up Facility currently.

The Self Shipment cost should be incurred by the customer.
